Champion Media, a publisher with 21 properties in 5 states, signed an agreement with MIDTC to provide ad server technology for local and programmatic advertising, as well as a management agreement for MIDTC to deploy their programmatic ad network on Champion Sites, in order to grow both local banner ad revenue and programmatic advertising revenue.
